Common Needs and Concerns

You are highly motivated to make a difference in the lives of the people you serve. Though financial success is important to you, it is not the driver for waking up each day to do your work.

You know you want to make changes in your business, but need some assistance thinking through the best approach to doing so.

You've got great ideas for new products or services but not enough time to implement them. You know you should spend more time working on your business, but client needs and urgent projects always seem to get top billing.

You may be inconsistent with your outward sales and marketing efforts. You're either "too busy" with current clients or you don't really know what you should be doing. Either way, you worry that it will jeopardize your business if you don't take action soon.

You know you should delegate more, but... Unfortunately, you're a bit of a perfectionist. You can do so many of the business tasks yourself so you figure it's just better and easier if you do them than train someone else.

You are driven to succeed, but not in sacrifice of your personal life. You may have children at home for whom you want to be available, hobbies that you enjoy (or want to reclaim), or a spouse you don't spend enough time with. You might even have a health issue that requires you pay extra attention to how you manage your energy.

You'd like to have someone on your team who will give you honest feedback, whom you can trust to guide you to accomplish your vision.

open quoteYou have made a real difference in my life this year and I want to thank you. Most recently, the combination of the Master Calendar 2.0 (so noted as it is the 2nd time I have undertaken it) and my new mind set you helped me acquire regarding money have been real paradigm shifts. I am feeling more confident each day that I am on the right track. Thanks again.close quote

open quoteII didn't realize I had the beliefs that "networking sucks" and "I can't/am not able to talk about what I do." I didn't realize I had those beliefs and didn't realize how much those beliefs were in my way. ... It's gone and I feel the difference. I really do, I feel the difference in my body, there is a softening and a relaxing in my chest and belly and something that feels a little bit like excitement or anticipation bubbling up... How cool!

I'm thankful I met you.close quote
