The lone ranger has no place in business. Trying to do it all yourself can significantly slow down your ability to produce extraordinary results. Just as you know how important it is to get the right people on your team to help you get the work done, it's equally valuable to have someone on your team who will hold your vision - especially when you forget - serve as your confidente and sounding board, provide gentle nudges and guidance when you waiver, ask the difficult questions, and celebrate with you when you succeed.

I'm here to partner with you to energize and accelerate your momentum towards your most important business and personal goals. Our business relationship will have long-lasting impact (far beyond the time we actually work together ) on your ability to implement supportive, positive business habits and practices. As a matter of fact, most clients report continued momentum and refinement of their approach and results long after our work together ends.

I work very closely with my clients to help them build a thriving, meaningful business in a way that honors their values, their purpose and critical business goals, and reduces the worry, sweat and stress along the way. I limit the number of clients I work with to 10 so that I may remain mindful of your initiatives, and offer the level of availability my clients need.

My Approach

Tailor-made to fit you like a glove. Though there are a common set of concerns, worries and desires among the people I work with, your coaching program will be structured around your specific situation. I won't shove you into some program because it works for me; how I deliver coaching must work for you. I know that's what you want: to get results in a way that matters to you.

Over time I've developed tools, products and resources that assist my clients in addressing the barriers to having what they want from their business, and simple worksheets to make planning and implementation a little easier. Your coaching program includes access to these resources, as needed. They include The Mastery of Focus Workbook, the Delegation Planning Kit, and other free resources available to the general public - and some that are not. They are included in your coaching program at no extra cost. Even more important, you'll receive my personal guidance on how to get the most from them to fit your needs at the time you need them.
